The most up to date plant in Europe designed for an annual produciton of 90,000 windows.
The Cutting and Machining Centre, the most powerful installed in Spain, has the capacity to produce 2,160 sections in 8 hours, i.e. one every 13 seconds:
• Simultaneous work on 8 section bars and cut sections in 8 high performance stations.
• 34 axle numerical control, incorporating 12 forklift conveyors with electromagnetic linear motor.
• Automatic insertion of 18 different types of strengthener
• Maximum optimization of reinforcing patches
• Rubber milling with “zero time”
• Electronic tool breakage monitoring system
Welding lines and cleaning with butt welding of beams, treatment of rubber and automatic change of demarkation between white and colour sections.
Dual equalization and ROTOX automatic distribution system with 4 automatic stackers/destackers, and buffers for 180 elements for complete monitoring of loads and flows of the lines. Automatic frame confluence system and latest generation leaf.
Software controlled production with 21 machinery connections with 4 production line loading and flow points.

There are several objective reasons that justify the quality of our service:
1) The widest range in the PVC market.
2) A RAL Class A classified PVC, the thickest sections for exterior walls to guarantee complete thermal and acoustic insulation.
3) M1 fire behaviour classified as a material difficult to catch fire.
4) Chemical resistance: high resistance to salinity, ultraviolet radiaiton, environmental pollution and acid rain.
5) Corext windows have a long useful life, tested and certified in speeded up ageing tests.
